Caring Gene sought to create a website for their new program, Career Pathways Training Program. The Caring Gene® Career Pathways Training (CPT) Program provides full coverage for tuition and books to anyone interested in starting a career or advancing in one of the 13 approved healthcare, behavioral health, or social care titles. The program does more than just financial support, providing career prep and placement assistance, academic support, and resources to make informed career decisions.
Troy Web aided Caring Gene with this endeavor by designing and building a new website on WordPress, aligning the vision of the site with the new workforce investment grant program with an emphasis on visual impact.

Our Approach
The designs for the website were iterated on in Figma, reviewing each page with Caring Genes' team to ensure it met the needs of its visitors. Design elements like the use of the double helix motif in the websites' background added more visual draw to the site and custom icons provided further cohesion with the company brand.
Once the mockups were approved, our WordPress team implemented the styles and enhanced the user experience, breathing fresh life into the system in preparation for the next generation of Healthcare workers in New York State.
